Following is more detail on the integration levels possible

Integration Level 1: Simple Link

This typically takes less than 5 minutes, depending upon how easy the customer has access to their web site files. To implement, simply create a link - preferably on all hotel pages - that links to the front page of the booking engine.

Integration Level 2: Date Selection Form

The next level of integration can be accomplished by placing a form on the hotel web site which by passes the index page and returns a list of available rooms. To do this, a form needs to be placed on the page which has the right parameters and that data gets posted to the correct page of the booking engine. This will result in bypassing the first page of the booking engine and viewing a list of available plans.

 Integration Level 3: Customized Look

 An advanced option enables you to change the look to match the hotel web site. To do this the hotel or chain needs the web design or marketing firm that manages their site. The firm will need to create static HTML pages for each of the booking engine pages with static information (i.e., create an example of what they want each page to look like). There are approximately 10 pages that the developer will need to create. We can then take those 10 pages and make them dynamic when we convert them into the booking engine. The conversion is done at a cost to the hotel.

 Integration Level 4: Full Integration

The highest level of customization is to actually embed our booking engine into the hotel web site. It is possible to remotely load all of the data our booking engine provides and display it on the hotel site. This involves a detailed level of technical knowledge from the hotel's web group. The biggest advantage of this deep integration is that the user never leaves the hotel domain. This is a highly technical solution and the hotel web design firm will need directly with our IT staff to handle the integration.
