THE CODES BELOW ARE EXAMPLES - how they could appear on your promotional material.

Your property will be assigned vendor codes by eHotel Alliance.  These can be found after log on at www.genares.net under the Property > Property Information function.

GDS vendor codes should be shown on your web site and all sales and marketing material since they are very helpful for Travel Agents to locate your property on the GDS system they use. 

All Hotel sales and marketing staff should be aware of the property vendor codes.  Some hotels include them on the reverse of their business cards.
